Shipping

Orders leverage standard shipping in the U.S. Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery after the order has been placed. *Excludes Pre-Order scenarios.

International Orders typically take anywhere from 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process. Delivery times vary. Our warehouse is located in the Central U.S.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item was purchased directly from our website

• The request is made within 3 days of delivery

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (unless defective or damaged)

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Perishable goods or consumables (if opened)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

• Provide your order number and photo evidence

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at hello@hyperlyteliquidperformance.com with your order number and specific request

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

• Hyperlyte will be responsible for return shipping costs up to $20 USD. Additional will be covered by the purchaser, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing time: 1-3 business days

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

8. Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges on all apaprel. If you need a different item:

• Contact hello@hyperlyteliquidperformance with your original Order number and requested exchange details

• The Hyperlyte team will prepare a return label and take care of the exchange with teh newly requested size

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
