Formulated for the needs of high endurance athletes. Trusted by elites. 

The idea was born from our own need run far on the simplest hydration solution. We got sick of science projects in aid stations, the mental math in the middle of a hard effort, the add-ons and the spoonfuls. We simply wanted to run all day with the trails underneath our feet, the mountains ahead of us, and a few bottles tucked in our shorts. 

After years of blending other brands, experimenting in the kitchen with an array of white powders, we found the simplest solution was the most potent. The result was H1.

In the years ahead, we’re stoked to continue experimenting, doing it the way we want to, all to help you keep moving.
